dimple melwani (she/her)
an RCI-registered and licensed clinical psychologist trained from the central institute of psychiatry, dimple has been captivated by mental health and well-being since childhood. her curiosity about the mind has blossomed into a fulfilling career, driven by a desire to address the "invisible discomfort" of emotional struggles. over 8 years of dedicated effort, she has grown both professionally and personally, working with clients of all ages in english, hindi, sindhi and tamil. dimple's practice encompasses a range of mental health issues, emphasizing support for caregivers and the creation of a safe therapeutic space. she is also a plant mom, coffee lover, and enjoyer of cooking, baking, and arts and crafts as forms of therapy. she likes to concludes each session with a wish for "happy healing."

vatsala pandey
vatsala is a therapist who brings warmth, creativity, and insight to her practice. she draws on her training in relational psychodynamic therapy, CBT, art-based techniques, and therapeutic community work to help her clients explore their emotions, embrace their stories, and build resilience. vatsala believes in meeting her clients where they are and walking alongside them on their journey toward growth.
outside of therapy, she channels her creativity into her passion for graphic medicine, her love for adventures, and her connection with animals. she’s always ready to share a laugh—be it through heartfelt moments or the occasional meme.
madhuwanti ghosh (she/her)
madhuwanti is an illustrator, storyteller, community wellbeing facilitator and dog mom to five. 'madhu' meaning ‘honey’ has a penchant for all things sweet, including jelly donuts and puppy noses. she has a master's degree in sociology & anthropology from tata institute of social sciences and several years of experience working in non-profit spaces. she is passionate about fostering wellbeing in underserved communities and is driven by the idea of making art an accessible and joyful experience for all. her unique blend of artistic expertise and experience in the field of mental health creates a bridge where creativity meets purpose.
srinivasan govindarajan
srini is an accountant and a foodie. he completed his m.com at madras university and has several years of experience in both the fields. when he is not drowning in a sea of receipts, you can find him watching movies, playing table tennis or enjoying a bike ride. always a fan of experimenting with hairstyles, srini loves to change his look as fast as he likes to make invoices.
monikankana kalita (they/them)
in constant dialogue with the (form)al-(norm)al, monikankana is a mental health professional and occasional poet who values both structured learning and lessons found in pockets of daily living. When not daydreaming, they enjoy hiking, playing the ukulele, watching the sun set, exploring diverse sounds, art and poetry, visiting and randomly walking around towns and villages, finding new things to learn.
hari dharshini balaji (she/her)
hari is a psychologist holding a master's degree in clinical psychology from sri ramachandra institute of higher education and research. with a dynamic and compassionate spirit, she employs an integrative approach, guided by the philosophy: "know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul be just another human soul." she's a real cinema enthusiast, always tuned into good music and flipping through books!
kamala easwaran
kamala is a mental health professional with extensive experience in working on developing & scaling comprehensive mental health services. kamala graduated from king’s college london and is a psychologist & development professional. she is also a narrative therapist, and is currently pursuing a doctoral programme in mental health sciences at warwick medical school.
yog japee
yog is an actor, director, educator and applied arts practitioner.
he is a chevening-clore cultural leadership scholar and worked at one of the largest arts programming spaces globally - the southbank centre, where he focused on public engagement in the arts for social change. he is an arts practitioner with over 20 years of experience in integrating arts interventions into educational, health & development programmes. his strength lies in his ability to innovate and create bespoke interventions that promote participation and engagement. his approaches make complex ideas accessible through innovative and immersive arts programming. he also acts on stage and in films.
veeru murugappan
born & raised in chennai, veeru - a graduate in psychology, sociology and economics, cut his teeth in broadcast journalism with NDTV in 2008 where he anchored mainstream news and sports bulletins. he moved to singapore in 2010 with IMG, a global sports & events company. after working on live & non-live football programs for a few years, veeru went onto spearhead the production team for one of the company's biggest properties, 'ICC Cricket 360', the flagship television program of the ICC. he continues to play a key role with the ICC as an independent content and production partner. he is the founder of Coromandel Productions, a company that specialises in showcasing human interest, heartwarming and inspirational stories through short films, corporate videos, sports features and documentaries around the world. the company has a wide ranging global clientele which includes the likes of the ICC, FIBA, Infosys, along with a whole host of others across various industries.
