we have all seen long winding - technical jargon filled - hard to understand - documents of privacy, terms & conditions & other matters. we tend to simply 'agree' & click the accept button, often without reading the policy in front of us!  frankly, who has the time?

so we would like to cut through all that and share with you what we feel and practice.  please do read it - we assure you it is not very long.

 

your communication, information and personal details are very important to us. and we respect your right to privacy. we would like to let you know that:

 

• we are an entity that focuses on artistic expression and wellbeing.  we will never bother you with information that you do not wish to receive and/or have not signed up for.

• any or all the information that you share with us will not be shared with any external agency without your prior permission, in writing.

• none of the information we have about you will be shared with any intent of commercial benefit.

• when we need to share, chances are we would have got your consent to share and if we do not have that consent, we will ask you for sure.

• we try everything in our means to seek permissions for any content (written, created or visual / aural) that belongs to someone else and only then publish it.  should you come across any such content that may raise any questions, please feel free to contact us and we will certainly do the needful.

• all our databases are secure to the best of our knowledge and ability.  should any data leak be reported, we will do everything in our means to solving that problem and informing you.

• should you wish to opt out of any communication that you would have signed up for, please do use the ‘opt out’ option and by any chance if that does not work, then it could be some technical hitch or some oversight on our part.  please get in touch with us and we will do the needful.  although we will be really sorry to see you leave. 

• by sheer oversight, if we have not followed the above points, please be kind to us and let us know and we will do the needful.  like we said, it would have been sheer oversight.
